    Title, URL, expected outcome, current behavior, priority. You set the priority; we don't reorder your queue.

    We triage within 1 business day.

    Every new card gets classified (in scope, out of scope, or handled by rule) with a comment on the card.

    We ship.

    In Progress, then In Review with a preview link or a diff. Typical card: ~3 business days on Basic, ~2 on Double-velocity.

    You review.

    Approve it, or send it back. Unlimited revisions within the card's original scope until you approve.

Frequently asked questions

Do you do calls?

No. Storebolt is async-only. Trello card comments are the only channel: no video calls, no Slack, no phone, of any duration, with any party. If you need to talk it through live, we're not a fit.

How fast is turnaround?

First response within 1 business day on both tiers. Typical card ships in ~3 business days on Basic, ~2 on Double-velocity. Max is 5 business days on Basic, 3 on Double-velocity. Miss that and we credit 25% of your next month. Business days are Monday–Friday, BST.

What if I need it in the next four hours?

Storebolt is for ongoing Shopify support, not emergencies. If you need a fix in the next four hours, hire a freelancer.

How many revisions do I get?

Unlimited, within the card's original scope as filed. We keep working a card until you approve it. A request beyond the original scope is a new card in the queue.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, through the Stripe portal. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period: no pro-rated mid-month refunds. Cards in progress finish out.

Can I pause instead?

Yes, one calendar month at a time, through the Stripe portal. The pause takes effect at your next billing cycle (there's no mid-month pro-rating) and billing resumes automatically at the end of the pause month. You can re-pause for the next month if you need to.

What's the money-back guarantee?

Full refund if you ask within your first 7 days and before you file your third card. Email support@storebolt.co to request it. First billing period only. No questions, no exit interview.

Who does the work?

Storebolt does. You file a card, we ship it. One address, one brand.

What if Double-velocity still isn't enough throughput?

Then you've outgrown a subscription. Double-velocity is the highest tier. If you consistently need more than two cards moving at once, hire a full-time developer.
